After many hours working on (and cursing at) the computer, I’ve finally sorted out all the website email bugs and implemented a few new plug-ins to allow registration for our functions, right on our own website! Evites are now a thing of the past for LCYC, so be sure to check the website regularly for updates. You can also find the calendar by clicking “Upcoming Functions” at the top of the page, or directly by going to https://www.lodgecreekyachtclub.com/calendar.
Invites were sent to all member’s email addresses on the 2023 LCYC roster for the B Dock Kentucky Derby function April 25, 2023. If you did not receive the email, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder, depending on which email server you use. If you still do not find the email or have any technical difficulties, please send an email to webmaster@lodgecreekyachtclub.com with your name and email address, and I will look into it. The invites should have came from this email address.
When registering for functions, please only have one member of your party reply and include an accurate count for both Adults and Kids. You can also cancel your registration after it’s been submitted, in case something changes between now and then. It is only necessary to register for a function if you plan on attending, but you may respond with 0 if you’d like to RSVP as a ‘no.’ Any questions about any of this, just let me know.
